Sushis, but not only

Spend some time in Japan and you will discover how rich the Japanese gastronomy is: portions of fish, prawns and vegetables cooked in a fluffy and non greased batter (tempuras), different kind of noodles (soba, udon and ramen), raw fish (sushi and sashimi), grilled meat, or meat cooked in a broth of soja sauce, sugar and sake (sukiyaki, shabu-shabu), grilled meat on a brochette (yakitori), kind of pancake with meat, seafood, vegetables and cabbage (okonomiyaki)...

Most Japanese restaurants focus on a specialty cuisine. This does not mean that Japanese cuisine gives you no choice: it is possible to spend a month in Japan and test a different specialty restaurant every night.

Our favorite dish was a very special mix between two different cultures: tuna brochettes with foie gras Rossini.
